Patricia Ann Streelman, of Warwick, passed away on February 17, 2016 at Valley View Care Center, Goshen. She was 67 years old.

Born on February 18, 1948 in Paterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Eileen (Bowman) Linz.

She was married to Steven Streelman, Sr.

In addition to her husband Steven, she is survived by her children:  Kimberly Streelman of Lakewood, CO, Jeffrey Streelman of Warwick, NY and Steven Streelman,. Jr. of Warwick, NY; and a sister, Alaine De Franco of Paterson, NJ.
