
Mary Corbalis of Warwick, NY passed away peacefully on October 31, 2021 at The Willows at Ramapo in Suffern, NY after a brief battle with cancer. She was 77 years old.
Mary was born on Staten Island, NY on October 5, 1944. She was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Brennan) O’Brien, and was married to William Corbalis of Jersey City, NJ. Mary worked at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York, Arthur Kill Correctional Facility and Department of Motor Vehicles on Staten Island.
Mary will always be remembered for the kind and selfless gestures that she so often bestowed upon close friends and new acquaintances alike. Kindness, in Mary’s eyes, knew no discrimination.
Mary is survived by her eldest son, Daniel Corbalis, his wife Allison, and her two grandchildren, Aidan and Delaney in Warwick, NY, and her youngest son, Christopher Corbalis and is wife Elizabeth, in Blanchester, OH: her brother, Robert Gregorio and her dog Bailey. She was predeceased by her sister, Colleen Brentano.
As Mary requested, no service will take place this time. There will be a celebration of Mary’s life at a later date. Her family greatly appreciates your love and support during this difficult time.
