of Warwick, NY (formerly of Vernon, NJ) passed away at home on January 8, 2011. He was 14 years old.
Born on July 15, 1996 in Wayne, NJ, he was the son of Thomas F. Slockbower, Sr. and Jennifer ( Maurice) Slockbower.
Tommy attended the Center for Discover in Harris, NY and was a member of St. Francis de Sales Church in Vernon.
Tommy loved swimming with his sisters and cousins in their pool, the trampoline, listening to music, and his trip to Great Wolf Lodge, and especially Sponge Bob.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Jennifer Slockbower, of Warwick;
his sisters: Victoria and Emily, of Warwick; his maternal grandmother, Barbara Moore of Pompton Plains; his paternal grandparents, Thomas E. and Dorothy Slockbower, of Vernon, NJ; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be on Sunday, January 9th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am on Monday at St. Frances de Sales Church., 614 County Highway 517, Vernon, NJ. Private cremation.
