Leanna Whittaker

died on September 4, 2006, at St. Anthony’s Hospital, Warwick.  She was 71 years old.

 

Born on November 6, 1934 in Bushkill Falls, PA, she was the daughter of Charles and Olive Gariess Whittaker.

 

Ms. Whittaker was a Laundry Supervisor at St. Anthony’s Community Hospital, Warwick, for 44 years. 

 

She is survived by her niece Anne Mabee and her husband Ron of Warwick. 

 

Visitation will be from 7-9 pm on Tuesday at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Warwick Cemetery. 

 

Memorial donations may be made for Warwick Ambulance, PO Box 315, Warwick, NY 10990 or Warwick Valley Humane Society, 48 Public Works Road, Warwick, NY 10990.
