Thomas J. Evelle

of Warwick, died on July 8, 2007 at St. Anthony’s Hospital, Warwick.  He was 81 years old.

 

Born on April 21, 1926 in Mt. Vernon, he was the son of the late Salvatore and Anna Turano Evelle.

 

Mr. Evelle served with the US Army during World War II.  He was a Receiver with Pathmark Stores, Bronx, NY.  He was a member of St. Stephens RC Church, Warwick.

 

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 11th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Thursday at St. Stephens RC Church, Warwick.  Interment will follow in St. Stephens Cemetery.

 

He is survived by his ister, Rose Mangiameli, of Warwick; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  He was predeaceased by s sister, Carmella Ovittore.
