, of Florida, NY, (formerly of Warwick and Brooklyn) passed away on July 28, 2009 at Valley View Nursing Home, Goshen. She was 88 years old.
Born on November 24, 1920 in Ruemmelsheim, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Jakob and Elisabeth (nee Kremer) Breckheimer.
She was married to the late Max Riedmueller, who passed away in1964.
A homemaker, she was a member of the German American Club and the Warwick Senior Citizens. She enjoyed traveling, especially visits back to Germany.
She is survived by her son, John Riedmueller and his wife JoAnn of Flemington, NJ; two daughters: Ursula Tarsio of Vernon, NJ and Edith Sleder and her husband Joe of Warwick. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: John, Steve, Erika, Elisabeth, Ed, Jaclyn, Katrina and Joseph; five great-grandchildren: Tyler, Brianna, Emily, Madilyn, and Dylan; several nieces.
Visitation will be on Thursday, July 30th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Funeral Mass will be at 10am on Friday at St. Francis de Sales RC Church, 614 State Rt. 517, Vernon, NJ. Interment will be private.
