Gladys Brundage

of Warwick (formerly of Flushing, NY), died on March 18, 2007 at St. Anthony’s Community Hospital.  She was 76 years old.

 

Born on September 21, 1930 in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of William Haverkamp and Marie Blix.

 

She was married to the late George W. Brundage (2006).

 

A homemaker, she was an active member of St. Stephens RC Church, Warwick,  where she was involved in many church activites and was a former choir member.

 

She is survived by her sons:  Michael and his wife Judy of Norwood, NJ, Kevin and his wife Carla of Madison, NJ, Andrew of Westwood, NJ and Daniel and his wife Tammy of Washington, NJ;  a daughter:  Christine Brundage, of Warwick;  eight grandchildren;  two sisters:  Ruth Cano of Colorado and Zelda Hemberger of Florida; a brother, Walter Haverkamp. 

 

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Thursday at St. Stephens RC Church.  Interment will follow in St. Stephens Cemetery.
