of Greenwood Lake, died on December 25, 2007 at St. Anthony’s Hospital, Warwick.  She was 65 years old.

 

Born on June 11, 1942 in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of Mary F. Galante and the late Nicholas Galante.

 

She was married to Walter Carroll.

 

Mrs. Carroll was an Insurance Office Manager with Wettlin Insurance, Greenwood Lake.  She was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Greenwood Lake.

 

She is survived by her husband, Walter of Greenwood Lake; her mother, Mary Galante of Greenwood Lake; two daughters:  Lorraine Mitchell of Greenwood Lake and Nicole Mea and her husband Louis of Hewitt, NJ; a son, Lawrence Carroll and his wife Joan of Blandon, PA; three grandchildren:  Jacqueline Carroll, Nicholas Carroll and Raquel Mea; her sister, Elaine Galante, of Bergenfield, NJ..

 

Visitation will be on Friday, December 28, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 29, at Grace Lutheran Church,  25 Waterstone Road, Greenwood Lake.  Interment will follow in Warwick Cemetery.
