of Massapequa Long Island, (formerly of Chester, NY), passed away on September 15, 2009. She was 88 years old.
Born on December 20, 1920 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Benjamin E. Priddy and Lila Wyckoff Priddy.
She was formerly the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the National Association of Accountants, Montvale, NJ. A member of Sugar Loaf United Methodist Church, she served as a Sunday School teacher. She was a volunteer with the Chester Historical Society, Meals on Wheels, and the American Cancer Society for the past 30 years.
She is survived by her son, Donald W. Johanson and his wife Judy of Syosset Long Island; a daughter, Dian Milton-Kaputa and her husband Jim,of Falls Church, VA; three grandchildren: Tiffany Comey and her husband Brian, Lora Blaney and her husband Matt, and David Johanson; three great-grandchildren: Madison Comey, Brady Comey and Graysen Blaney.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 26, 2009, at Sugar Loaf United Methodist Church, 1387 Kings Highway, Sugar Loaf, NY.
