of Warwick, passed away on November 1, 2010 at St. Anthony’s Hospital, Warwick.  She was 88 years old.

Born on February 25, 1922 in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late John E. Weymer and Cora Conklin.

She was married to the late Albert Miller (1997).

A homemaker, Mrs. Miller was a charter member of the Warwick Valley Country Club and a member of the Warwick United Methodist Church.

A family statement reads:  “Hazel was loved by all her family and friends and she will be deeply missed.”

Predeceased by a daughter, Janis Sargent,  she is survived by her son, Craig Miller and his wife Beverly of Warwick; three grandchildren:  Bradford Sargent, Courtney Sciurba and her husband Salvatore, and Colin Sargent; a great-grandson, Lorenzo Sciurba; a brother, Edwin Weyner, of Warwick.

A memorial service is being planned at Warwick United Methodist Church at some time in the future (time and date to be announced).
