Alba 1992 -2004

Once she moved to Miami Beach, Alba volunteered to work for the Dade County Commissioner's Office working the senior citizen help line. She was a big asset as she was bi-lingual and quickly endeared herself to the commissioner and his staff. On her 80th birthday he honored her and her fellow worker for all their work on the help line.
