Alba Maria Morales Muniz 1938 -1962

Alba grew up on the lower east side of Manhattan. Raised by her Aunt Rose, she lived near her Aunt's brother Ralph who was raising Alba's sister Isabel. The girls got together with friends often in those days.

At age 15, Alba met Manuel Muniz at a dance and they dated for 4 years. Their dates consisted of baseball games at Yankee Stadium and lots of dances. It was war time and they married and moved to Kentucky, where he prepared to serve his overseas tour in Okinawa.
