Bill Stewart

I met Bill in FDNY Proby School, 1962 . He was 7 years older and a lot smarter than me. We sat next to each other. Bill carried me through that training and I succeeded largely because of his influence. I was fortunate enough to work with him in later years at the Fire Factory, where he helped me again . I can never thank  him enough for his friendship. RIP, Bill.
