Peter

Peter was the "King of my Kitchen," fixing and maintaining my appliances for decades. Located in Warwick, I was always his last stop of the day before he went home. With expertise, energy, and patience, he applied himself in a doctorly fashion until my problems were fixed, new parts were ordered for future installation, or my appliance was judge just beyond repair. No problem I had with anything ever stumped him.

Although he preferred to work in silence, devoting his full concentration to the task, we often conversed about news, family, children, nature, and many other subjects. His deep feelings and caring for his wife, Annamarie and her illness, his long term partner, Carolyn, and his children, certainly was ever evident.

He always was always a "good guy" in my eyes and I always looked forward to seeing him. He was really concerned about nature,  and those in his circle, as well as the best interests of his customers whom he treated fairly and benevolently. He appeared to treat others as a good Christian would.

I will miss Peter not just for his repair expertise, but for his unique personality, and for no longer being able to converse with him. I liked Peter, the person, a lot!

I'd like to believe that I can rest assured that everything in Heaven will run perfectly with Peter now "relocated" there! May the Lord care for and treat him as he did to others.

May memory, family, Faith, and Love comfort and console all who mourn Peter at this time.
