We invite all who love Billy to join us in honoring and celebrating his life. Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery. Following the burial, a Celebration of Life will be held at Emmerich Tree Farm, 101 Sleepy Valley Road, Warwick, NY, beginning at 1:00 PM.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. A Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025, at St. Stephen the First Martyr Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick.

Visitation hours at Lazear-Smith Funeral Home in Warwick will be between 5-7 pm on June 27. A funeral service at Christ Episcopal Church will be held on June 28 at 10 am which will also be livestreamed via Vimeo.
