A Great Lady
Albert Stella
Over the years that I've met Catherine I always had nice conversations with her. Even though both her and Charlie spoke with a very strong Irish brogue I was fortunate enough to understand them by carefully listening to both of them speak and enjoyed many great conversations over the years. I also enjoyed when he she used to hit James and Pete occasionally showing them that she still the boss. I know that she is in heaven right now and at peace. I pray that the boys and Mr. Degnan accept her loss and know that she is in a better place. In my job as a Saleman I have a special pen with a flashlight that I give out to customers. When I showed Catherine that pen she asked me for it so I gave her one. She reached out to my sister Maureen Degnan a number of times saying that the boys took my pen can you ask Al for another one. I believe I gave her a total of 3 or 4 pens Well during my final prayer to her at the wake I left her with a pen to take with her on her journey.
