Visitation will be held on Monday, January 2, 20223 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. A funeral service will be at noon at the funeral home, with interment following in Warwick Cemetery, 50 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY.
