Dianna L. Redner

Dianna L. Redner of Middletown, NY passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Saturday, July 31, 2021.  She was 68 years old. 

 

Born in Paterson, NJ on October 10, 1952, she was the daughter of Paul and Stella Gould Redner.  

 

Dianna graduated from Warwick Valley High School class of 1970. She studied AA Social Science at SUNY Orange and graduated at 1994 and went on to pursue her education, earning degrees in BA psychology/sociology at SUNY New Paltz, graduating in 2003.

 

Dianna was a counselor for Occupations, Inc. in Newburgh, NY.  A family statement reads: “The love of her life was her son, Chris. She cherished him and loved him with her whole heart. May you rest in peace in the hands of God. We all love you and will miss you.”

 

Dianna is survived by her son, Christopher DiDonato of Montgomery, NY; brothers: Thomas of Gloversville, NY, Gerald and his wife Tina of Burlington, NC and Paul and his wife Carole of Warwick, NY; sister, Dolores Dougherty and her husband Russell of Warwick, NY; companion, Maurice Harvey; father of her son Christopher, Francis DiDonato and many nieces and nephews. 

 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 5th from 10am – 12pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY with a funeral service at 12 pm at the funeral home.  Interment will follow the service in Warwick Cemetery.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your Mom and Sister.i went to school with Dianna and recently we connected with Facebook. What a very nice,sweet person. I wish we had been able to have our 50th class reunion,we were both looking forward to. RIP.
