Herbert Rueck of Wantage, NJ passed away at Newton Memorial Hospital on March 18, 2021. He was 69 years old.

Born in Queens, NY, he was the son of Herbert L. Rueck and Ruth Franke.

Herb was an electrician with IBEW Local 25 on Long Island, NY. He was a lifelong Mets and Beatles fan.

Herb was married to Suzanne M. Rueck who predeceased him February 19, 2019.

Herb is survived by four daughters: Heather Trupia and her husband Paul of Texas, Rachel Werner and her husband Joseph of West Milford, NJ, Rebekah Whirledge and her husband Brian of Indiana, and Suzanne J. Biek and her husband Zachary of Virginia; 5 grandchildren: Kara Trupia, Samantha Speer, Deanna Trupia, Joseph Werner, and George Whirledge; two great granddaughters, Ella Treadwell and Jolene Speer; step-sister, Madelyn Cousins of St. James, NY; and sister-in-law, Diane Salerno of Palisades, NY.
