Maureen Ann Jones of Warwick, NY passed away November 2, 2019 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 64 years old.

 

Born in New York City on March 17, 1955 to the late Francis and Margaret (Kelly) Butler.

 

Maureen was a freelance graphic artist who enjoyed creating art with landscapes, animals, and especially the sea; as she loved the beach and being near the ocean. She had also worked as a teacher’s aide at Chester Elementary School.

 

Maureen is survived by her devoted husband, Michael; loving son, Brendan; brothers, Raymond of Vernon, NJ, Joseph of Costa Rica and Gary of the State of Florida; many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.  She was predeceased by her brother, John.

 

Memorial visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 8 at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 9 at the funeral home.
