Dear Catherine, Rikki and Elliott: It was with sad hearts that we read of Charles passing. We were your neighbors down the hill in Warwick. Though you moved and we moved to NC two years ago, we remember and cherish our friendship and being neighbors. Please accept our condolences. 😔
