Kathy and family- Just got the word about Bill's death. Jane and I want to send our sincere condolences. Bill was a great guy; not only a terrific V.P. to work for at Schuyler-Colfax but fun to be around on ski trips etc. He will be missed. Love to all the family. J.K. Zellner
