I was truly shocked and saddened when I heard of Ed's passing. I hadn't seen Ed in almost 25 years and ran into him at the festival in Sugar Loaf in 2010 and was delighted to see an old friend from high school. He saw and immediately recognized me and then proceed to give me a great big bear hug like a long lost friend. I will always remember that and him as one of the kindest and big hearted people I've ever me. I am so glad that I was able to get a picture of the two of us together at our 30th reunion in 2012 and will always look upon it fondly as I remember my friend. Our prayers and thoughts are with Ed's family and loved ones. Rest in Peace.

Miss you already brother. Warm vibes always radiated in your presence which is chiseled into our memories. Always a smile, hug and of course, coming from a musician, knowing that you've always had our back at the soundboard. Thanks man. Peace to Wendy and the boys.

I am at a loss for words really. Ed was a great guy; loved music, loved his community, was a family man who helped Wendy raise fine young men. He was a part of the local music scene as I know it and it will be extremely hard to replace him behind that sound board. My love and prayers go out to Wendy, his sons, his Mom and Grandmother, and all his family and friends. RIP friend.
