Helen Claire Corkum, of Warwick, NY passed away on April 23, 2016. She was 70 years old

Born on August 9, 1945 in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Feeney) Schwiezer.

She was married to Frank Corkum.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Corkum of Warwick; her daughter, Tami-Lyn McCormick & her husband Ronald of Warwick, NY; her sons: Frank Corkum and his wife Kim of Warwick, NY, and Michael Edward Corkum and his wife Lori of Florida, NY; her grandchildren: Matthew, Jamie, Thomas, Alyssa and Kayla; her brother, Thomas Schweizer of Warwick; and sisters, Marie Lindeman of Bedford, PA, Carol Bogart of Goshen, Joann Lemin of Warwick and Donna Specht of Warwick.

Memorial visitation will be on Wednesday April 27^th 2016 from 6-8 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY. Funeral service will be held at Wednesday 8:00 pm. Interment will be private in Warwick Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to Warwick Ambulance, PO Box 315, Warwick, NY 10990.

My deepest sympathy to Frank and all the Corkum family on Helen's passing. I'm retired from the pharmacy that they used and always enjoyed seeing Helen and chatting with her when she would come in, what a nice lady.
